[new location and fall family sessions information]

I'm so glad I took these when I did, because shortly afterwards she got her hair cut, and now a loose tooth... so she's going to lose this beautiful sweet baby smile that I love sooooo much. I'm going to miss it terribly, I'm thrilled to have these to remember exactly how sweet it is.

So my little Avy has been overdue for her own photoshoot... i can't even remember the last time I photographed her, and this one was totally impromptu, at a new location that I LOVE! Its at horse stable where Alannah takes riding lessons. It's so picturesque!

I sewed this little top for myself last summer, but I never ended up wearing it much, but Avy loves to wear it as a dress. I wanted to make her another one in some other cuter fabric, but I can't seem to find much time to sew... but I think she can wear anything and it still looks so cute and it worked perfectly for this location.

She may be tiny, but she's packed with personality, she comes up with these poses all by herself!

So add this to the list of possible locations for your next photoshoot. I love it! The best time to shoot here is in the late evenings right before the sun sets.

So onto some business stuff... I can't believe I have to think about this now but I wanted to post the available session times for this year's Fall Family Sessions before I'm off on another break.

This year I have to limit it to only 15 sessions (6 still available) and a required minimum session order of $350.00. So if you're looking for to book a session this year, please note that the cost will be your session fee + $350.00 prints/products.

On another note the reason I'm taking a little break... I'm so excited to go to the airport tonight to pick up my little sister flying in from Australia!!! So I'm going to take some time off to eat wagon wheels and hang out with her. I'll be out of the office from July 23rd - August 23rd.

[one gorgeous family]

My friend and fabulous photographer Kelli Seeley just welcomed a sweet little boy to their already gorgeous family. I was honored that she asked me to come photograph their new addition. I am nervous when I take pictures for other photographers, because we are a picky bunch! LOL! But I hope she will like her pictures as much as I did.

We snapped these only two days after her return from the hospital!

Wow...Kelli you are unbelievably brave. But doesn't she look absolutely AMAZING??

Yes... he is a BIG boy... born 9 lbs 150z!! We laughed as we tried all the cute itty bitty newborn poses, however he just looked B.I.G. LOL! Sigh... already a couple of days and growing too fast.
