And that wraps up my 2009 Fall family sessions! WOW! Thanks to all my awesome clients, you guys ROCK. Your support and encouragement has been icing on the cake, I can't believe this was my 4th year as a business!!!

Lots of fun and exciting things coming for 2010, the next available sessions are in FEBRUARY 2010, please e-mail me if you're interested in booking sessions. I am typically booked 2-3 months in advance, and please touch bases with me if you are looking for maternity and newborns, they are special cases.

I must say my husband and kiddos are very happy that I'll be able to hang out with them again! LOL! I am too! (see below):

I will be taking Christmas card orders until December 5th, and Christmas *print only* orders until December 10th 2009. I have a ton of packages coming in from the printers, so please touch bases with me mid next week to see if yours is here!

Lastly, I will also be out of the office Friday November 27th until Monday November 30th. I can still be reached by e-mail. If you live in Houston, you may see me around town! I definitely need a vacation.. I plan to catch up on sleep this weekend!

One of my favorite families, who are also dear friends again like my last session have been with me from the very beginning, I've been so blessed to do what I do. Its always a great time to catch up with old friends. Thanks for another awesome session.

I always try to take pics of mom and dad, cause from my own experience I hardly ever get a snapshot of me and my hubby, let alone professional pictures! Most people tell me that the last time they had their picture taken just the two of them is at their wedding! Well... that's just not gonna cut it with me! Be prepared to bring some love and cuddles. :-O

My favorite. pic of the session! Now that's a true smile, with a hint of mischievousness, and a sparkle in the eye. I LOVE IT!!!

What a model! I think these boys are getting the hang of it after all these years. I sure look forward to seeing them each time... they are so animated.

Aaahhh... a treat for cooperating... its all about the TREATS! LOL!

[Feeling right]

Everything about this shoot was right, the lighting, the location, the clothing. This was my favorite session of theirs EVER! Thanks for making it all come together guys! I loved them... sorry I posted so MANY but trust me... there are TONS in your gallery.

Oh we can't leave out the latest addition to the family portraits, Stella ROCKED her first photoshoot! So stinkin' cute!

Today I had my own family portraits done, and again why does it seem like such a big ordeal for me? I almost had a nervous breakdown! I am thankful my clients come with smiles on their faces... you guys ROCK! My shoot... I had a bruised knee, tears, a head first dive, a ripped skirt, tears, a heart attack on the railway tracks, and the whole time I kept hearing.... "do we get a treat after this?"... aaahhhhh.... thank goodness this only happens once a year. I am so much happier BEHIND the camera! LOL!

Has been so patient, and I am so excited to share their images... I've had the pleasure of photographing this gorgeous family for the past 3 years. They're always fabulously coordinated. This year black is back! So many of the weddings featured black bridesmaid dresses... and why not? Nothing is more flattering than black. I'm inspired to wear black in my family portraits this year too! LOL! But you know how much I LOVE color! :-O

How amazing is the scenery here? The lighting was just amazing. This November's weather has been crazy warm... and sunny. Such a blessing for the last few shoots...

Omigoodness.... this young lady is growing like a weed. Each year they inch closer and closer and soon I am sure they will tower over me! I hope I'll still be able to capture that!

Give daddy some love! Maybe? LOL! SO sweet...

By far my favorite product of the year (ok besides the 7x7 albums) these are awesome!

The colors are vibrant and come in HUGE sizes.

But what I love the most, is that you don't need to wait your husband to hang them. LOL! They're so lightweight, even at the largest size you only need one nail to hang them, I think that's the reason they've been selling like crazy!

[Nutcracker 2009]

Nothing gets you into the mood for Christmas like the NUTCRACKER ballet. Please join us in supporting the local performing arts and see the COME DANCE WITH ME and The Children's Performing Arts Workshop Program rendition of The Nutcracker.

When: Friday November 2oth at 7pm & Saturday November 21st at 2pm and 7pm.

[Comfort]

Do you remember what your comfort thing was when you were little? I have no recollection of anything in particular myself. When I try to remember my early childhood memories, I seem to bring to mind images... but I realized that they aren't real memories of what happened, but the memory of a photograph viewed over and over. I wish I could share some of them with you, my mum was a pretty good photographer too, next time I go back, I'll have to steal some from the old albums!
